La razón por la que lo hice es llevarle un mensaje positivo a la población hispana y anglo que trabaja en los EUA, referido a que independientemente de que el "workplace harassment or workplace bullying" no este fundado en razones discriminatorias de raza, sexo, genero, edad, religión o discapacidad; el mismo debe ser atendido por expertos para que las consecuencias dañinas sobre su salud, entorno y familia no se materialicen y se conviertan en diversas enfermedades.
Es necesario separar en los casos de "workplace harassment or workplace bullying" que se generan en los EUA dos situaciones. La primera de ellas y las más importante es la atención que requiere la persona que es objeto del Acoso; y la segunda es la posibilidad de la reclamación judicial del mismo. Probablemente, cuando la victima acude a un Abogado el mismo le presente una serie de argumentos referidos a que su caso es de difícil presentación ante una Corte.
